Accessibility statement
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to learn about, try and buy Laser Assistant and our headrests, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. If something on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or get you the information another way.
1. The standard we follow
We build and test this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the benchmark used under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the European Accessibility Act.
2. What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline showing where you are, and a "Skip to main content" link at the top.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labeled form fields so screen readers can describe them.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
- Text meets the WCAG contrast minimums against its background, and pages can be zoomed to 200% and beyond without losing content.
- Form errors are announced to screen readers, not shown in color alone.
- Animations stop when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
- The product demos can be started and paused, and every spoken line also appears as text on screen.
3. Known limitations
The demos recreate a laser welder's touch screen. They are an illustration of how Laser Assistant works rather than the product itself, and some of the simulated machine controls are simpler to follow with the on-screen captions than by exploring the screen control by control. If you would like a written walkthrough of either demo instead, contact us and we will send one.
4. Tell us about a problem
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, please contact us. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any.

We aim to reply within one business day and to fix confirmed problems promptly. If you need to place an order and the site is not working for you, we will take the order by email.
5. Ongoing review
We review the site for accessibility whenever we add new pages or features, and at least once a year.
