Laser Assistant also needs a specific USB microphone, foot pedal, speaker and powered USB splitter, plus a 110V outlet and internet at the welder. Those requirements, the Amazon parts list and the optional Mic Speaker Assembly are all on the Pricing & Hardware page.

Setup

How we get you set up.

  1. Sign up — choose your welder, your plan and any hardware, then pay through our secure checkout.
  2. We contact you within 2 business days to schedule a TeamViewer session for the remote install on your laser welder.
  3. The install takes 60–90 minutes. A technician installs the Laser Assistant relay application so your welder connects to our server.
  4. You're running voice commands — typically within a week of signing up. Your machine shows as active in your portal.
